Jillora Herdman Summers

Jillora Herdman Summers, a partner in Herdman, Summers, Revelson & Cesta, LLP, primarily practices in real estate, estate planning, probate and business law. Jillora is a member of the Warren County Bar Association and is admitted to practice in the state of Ohio and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Additionally she is CEO and General Counsel for 1st National Bank headquartered in Lebanon, Ohio. Jillora was admitted to the Ohio Bar in May 1983 following graduation from the Ohio Northern University, Claude W. Pettit College of Law. Jillora joined the family firm with her father, Judge Paul Herdman.

Paul R. Revelson

Paul R. Revelson is a partner in Herdman, Summers, Revelson & Cesta, LLP and a graduate of Lebanon High School. He practices in the areas of Real Estate, Probate, Estate Planning and Domestic Relations. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Marketing from Miami University. Mr. Revelson attended law school at the University of Dayton School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude and served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review. Mr. Revelson is an Assistant General Counsel of the 1st National Bank, and serves as a member on the Board of Directors. Additionally, Mr. Revelson acts as the Magistrate and Acting Judge for the City of Lebanon. He currently serves on as the Vice President of the Board of Trustees of Warren County Community Services, Inc., and formerly served as Assistant Prosecutor for the City of Lebanon and City Solicitor for the City of South Lebanon. Mr. Revelson is admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.

Joseph A. Cesta

Joseph A. Cesta joined Herdman, Summers, Revelson & Cesta, LLP as a partner in 2011 after graduating from Vanderbilt University Law School and gaining admission to the Ohio Bar. Joe is a graduate of Bishop Fenwick High School and Miami University. Joe practices primarily in the areas of real estate, estate planning, and probate estates. Joe is a member of the Ohio and Warren County Bar Associations. Joe is admitted to practice law in the state of Ohio, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Ohio. In addition to his work with Herdman, Summers, Revelson & Cesta, Joe serves as assistant general counsel and director of 1st National Bank.

Robyn Revelson

Robyn Revelson joined as a partner at Herdman, Summers, Revelson & Cesta, LLP. Robyn graduated from Miami University in 2008 and University of Dayton School of Law in 2011. Robyn is admitted to practice law in Ohio. After law school, Robyn served as In-House Counsel for Kettering Health Network, where she worked in employment law, real estate and healthcare compliance. Robyn joined Title 1st, LLC as the title agent in 2016. In addition to her role at Title 1st, LLC, Robyn is now serving as a guardian ad litem. In this position she is appointed to assist the court in determining the best interest of a child’s custody and parenting time. Robyn is also an active volunteer in her children’s schools and sports.
